Meet Jerri

Jerri Hasek, MS, CNS, LDN
Founder, The MenoBiome Method
While my work today focuses on the intersection of menopause and gut health, it really began when I started noticing patterns I could not ignore.
While I was in graduate school studying hormone metabolism, the microbiome, inflammation, and metabolic health, I was also moving through my own midlife changes. Through my clinical training, I worked with women who were describing many of the same patterns.
That is when I began to dig deeper into the science to see this for what it is: not just a hormonal shift, but a whole-body transition. Menopause is not just about hormones. It reshapes the gut and metabolism, and those pieces are often overlooked. That realization led me to build The MenoBiome Method™, a way of looking at these changes together instead of in isolation.
Both personally and in practice, I have seen that when you focus on one piece, progress can feel inconsistent or short lived. When you understand how these systems are working together, the path forward becomes clearer and more sustainable.
I am not interested in trends or adding more to your to-do list. My role is to help you understand what is happening in your body, connect the dots, and create a plan that feels both practical and sustainable. That begins with recognizing that health is rarely one-dimensional and nutrition care should never be one-size-fits-all.

The Foundation of My Approach
Because health is rarely one dimensional, my approach looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand the bigger picture. Whole person health is shaped not only by biology, but also by physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and lifestyle factors. By considering these pieces together, I develop recommendations tailored to your unique needs, goals, and season of life.
This whole person perspective is grounded in my training as a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®), a credential considered by many to be the gold standard in advanced clinical nutrition. At the heart of CNS training is personalized nutrition, the understanding that health is not one size fits all. Factors such as nutrition, digestion, hormones, metabolism, and other biological processes interact differently in every individual, which is why every recommendation I make is tailored to the person, not just the symptoms.
