As a licensed nutritionist, and a woman who has moved through many seasons of life, including burnout, hormone shifts, gut issues, grief, and reinvention, I understand how easy it is to lose trust in your body and wonder what is actually happening beneath the surface.
This is not just what I do. It is what I have lived and studied deeply. With graduate-level training in nutrition science, my work is grounded in physiology and shaped by real-world experience.
