Master’s Nutrition Science | Advanced Training in Gut & Hormone Health

Clinically trained in functional nutrition and focused on the intersection of menopause and gut health, I built my practice around patterns I could not ignore.
I have always been fascinated by gut health and the way it influences nearly every system in the body. While I was finishing graduate school, immersed in advanced training on hormone metabolism, microbiome dynamics, inflammatory signaling, and metabolic regulation, I began experiencing my own midlife shifts. At the same time, I was supporting women who were describing the same frustrations.
The deeper I studied and the more women I worked with, the clearer the connection became. Menopause was not just a hormonal transition. It was also a gut and metabolic transition. Even with research and education at my fingertips, I understood how frustrating it can feel when your body changes in ways that seem unpredictable. What became clear is that these systems are not isolated.
The MenoBiome Method™ emerged from that realization. It reflects the intersection of clinical science, real world patterns, and lived physiology aligned at the same moment.
I’ve learned that healing is not about chasing trends or piling on more “shoulds.” It is about moving past overwhelm and mixed messages. It involves tuning into your body’s signals and understanding the physiology beneath them. My work blends lived experience with clinical training, so you do not just get theory. You get a thoughtful plan refined through real practice and grounded in peer reviewed science.
Every season I’ve walked through has shaped not only my perspective, but my practice. The MenoBiome Method™ reflects both the patterns I’ve observed and the principles I return to with every client.

- Personal before protocol – no two clients get the same plan; your story comes first.
- Nutrition as nourishment – food is more than fuel; it’s connection, care, and healing.
- Step-by-step support – so change feels doable and progress is measurable.
- Seasonal strategy – your needs shift over time, and your plan should, too.
- Rooted in peer-reviewed evidence – blending functional nutrition and clinical insight with lived experience.
